Change orders and support.
Anything outside the scoped system is a change order: written, priced, and signed before work starts. Small items are billed by the hour with a not-to-exceed; larger ones get their own milestone.
After handover, an optional monthly retainer keeps us responsible for the system: monitoring, Esri and SDK updates, backups, a set number of hours for small changes, and a quarterly health report. Twelve-month term, cancel on 30 days' notice after that.
Esri licenses are always bought in your name at Esri's list price. We never resell software, and the proposal shows the full cost of ownership before you sign.
